REFUND POLICY

Here at FDMEDIA, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to deliver exceptional quality and service in every content session and product we provide. However, due to the nature of our services, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds on any of our services or products.

2. Services

Once a photography session is booked and paid for, it is considered a final sale. This includes, but is not limited to:
 

  • Portrait sessions
  • Event photography & videography

  • Wedding photography & videography

  • Commercial photography & videography

  • Aerial photography & videography (drone)

  • Custom graphics

  • Any other custom photography & videography services

3. Products

All products, such as prints, albums, digital files, and other related items, are non-refundable once the purchase is completed. We ensure that every product is crafted with care and meets our high standards before delivery.

4. Deposits and Booking Fees

Deposits and booking fees are required to secure your sessions date and time. These fees are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

5 Rescheduling and Cancellations

If you need to reschedule your booking, please contact us at least 24-48 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred date and time. However, rescheduling is subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that your desired date will be open.
 

Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled session will result in the loss of the deposit/booking fee.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unforeseen events may occur. In the event of an emergency or extreme situation, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss possible solutions. While we do not guarantee refunds, we will consider each situation on a case-by-case basis and may offer rescheduling options.

We are committed to providing high-quality services and products. If you have any concerns about the quality of our work, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your deliverables. We will work with you to address any issues and ensure your satisfaction to the best of our abilities.
